Trader Development Program Full-Time (Class of 2023)

  • BP’s Trader Development Program is a 3 year rotational program where you will work in the commodities market. You will have exposure to markets, deal making and stretch opportunities. There’s also an excellent chance that you’ll be involved in new and exciting projects, such as unexplored areas of analysis, optimization or commercial opportunity. The Trading & Shipping Development Program in our Chicago Office supports the Refining & Products Trading Americas (RPTA) group. The RPTA group works with the following commodities: Crude, Gasolines, Petchems, Distillates, Biogas, Low Carbon & Renewables, and Currencies. Davidson Kempner Capital Management

  • This is a 2-year analyst program that will involve a rotation in the first year across different investment teams within credit and equities, ranging from U.S. Corporate Distressed, Real Estate, Structured Products, L/S Credit, Convertible Arb, Merger Arb, Special Situations and L/S Equities. The experience will provide exposure to both private and public equity and credit markets. In the second year of the program the analyst will remain with one team to gain deeper knowledge and further develop skills. Summer Internship Program (Class of 2024)

  • Our Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students a challenging, meaningful and supportive internship experience that replicates as closely as possible the experience of being a full-time BlackRock Analyst. The program also includes a speaker series, mentoring program, and various networking opportunities. Girls Who Invest

GWI Summer Intensive Program (Class of 2025)

  • Girls Who Invest SIP is a selective 11-week program for sophomore girls where scholars learn everything about the asset management industry, with no prior background in finance or investing needed.

  • The first half is educational, where scholars are taught (tuition is free and room and board included) on one of the partnered campuses including Wharton School of Business, Notre Dame and UCLA.

  • Scholars are then sent out to complete 6-week paid internships at top asset management firms such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Blackstone.

GWI Online Intensive Program (Classes of 2026 and 2025)

  • Girls Who Invest OIP is a tuition free, self-guided learning experience that gives students a solid foundation in core finance and investment concepts. The program is for both sophomore and freshman girls.

  • Scholars complete online modules from GWI’s leading educational partners including CFA Institute, Wall Street Prep and Wharton Online.

Battery Ventures

Venture Capital Externship Program (All Classes)

  • Battery Ventures is accepting applications for their part-time unpaid externship program. This program is run remotely and is available to undergraduate students from all schools. Students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as the positions fill up quickly. Students advancing in the process will then be contacted for video interviews.
