Aayush Pashine — President: Aayush Pashine is a senior from Mahwah, New Jersey concentrating in Finance and Management Information Systems at the Questrom School of Business. Before becoming President, Aayush was VP of Corporate Relations and held the position of Senior Analyst in the club, covering the TMT sector. This summer, he was a Summer Analyst in Canaccord Genuity’s technology investment banking group and will join the group full-time after graduation. Last fall he worked as an Investment Management Intern at Boston Impact Initiative, an impact investment fund focused on economic justice. Before that, he was a summer financial analyst at a technology startup. During his free time, Aayush enjoys playing tennis and following Formula 1.
Alex Harte — Vice President of Investment Management: Alex Harte is a senior from Livingston, New Jersey studying Finance at the Questrom School of Business. Before becoming the Vice President of Investment Management, Alex was the Chief Risk Analyst and an investment associate in the Financials sector. This summer, he was a Summer Analyst at Wells Fargo’s Equity Capital Markets investment banking group and will join the group full-time after graduation. Last Summer, he worked in investment banking at Stifel Financial Corp. in their depositories coverage group. Before that, he interned at a startup sports betting company. Outside of BUFC, Alex is a member of BU’s club golf team, and also enjoys skiing, sailing, and watching hockey.
Ryan Nie — Vice President of Quant: Ryan is a senior from Boston studying physics and statistics. As VP of Quant, he led several projects within the program, including a price predictions project using Monte Carlo methods. This summer, he is working as a Quantitative Analyst Intern at State Street, and he previously worked on a number of research projects at Massachusetts General Hospital. Next summer, he will be a Data Science Intern at Nuance Communications. He has also worked on research projects at BU’s economics department and the Questrom School of Business. His other professional interests include data science and machine learning, which he plans on pursuing after graduation.
Kenzie Morris — Chief Risk Officer: Kenzie Morris is a senior from Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts studying Finance and Accounting at the Questrom School of Business. Before becoming Chief Risk Officer, Kenzie was an Investment Associate in the Financials sector. She is currently the Sector Head of Consumer and Retail as well. This summer, Kenzie interned as an Investment Risk Intern at Wells Fargo and will be joining full-time as a Corporate Banking Analyst. Last summer, she interned as a Finance and Marketing Intern at Ameriprise Financials. Outside of BUFC, Kenzie enjoys going to Soulcycle, exercising at Barry’s Bootcamp, playing volleyball, and listening to country music.
Mallory Turgeon — Vice President of Marketing: Mallory Turgeon is a junior from central Maine pursuing a dual degree in Business with a Finance concentration and Film & Television. She was previously a junior and summer senior analyst in the TMT, consumer, and energy & materials groups. She first interned at a veterinary diagnostic company doing internal audit. This summer, she is working as a corporate finance and accounting intern at Vanguard on the FinTech team. Next summer, she will be working as a Summer Analyst at UBS’s technology coverage investment banking group. Aside from BUFC, Mallory is also treasurer of COM Student Government; and enjoys performing acrobatics, watching documentaries, and listening to luxury audio systems.
Aidan Crichton — Vice President of Corporate Relations: Aidan Crichton is a junior from New Jersey concentrating in Finance within the Questrom School of Business, with a minor in Computer Science. Prior to being VP of Corporate Relations, Aidan covered the TMT and Energy sector as a Senior Analyst. This summer, he is working at Standard Chartered within the rotational S&T program as a Financial Markets Analyst – where he will return next summer. Following his graduation, Aidan plans to work in Sales and Trading and hopes to manage his own book. Outside of BUFC, he is involved with Alpha Kappa Psi and plays on the BU Club Hockey Team. In his free time, he enjoys spending his time skiing, golfing, or traveling.
Chloe Kim — Chief Risk Analyst: Chloe Kim is a junior from Seoul, South Korea, studying Economics in College of Arts and Science with triple minors in Business Administration, Statistics, and Sustainable Energy. Before becoming the Chief Risk Analyst, Chloe was an Investment Associate in the Consumer sector. This summer, she is working as a Research Analyst at Boston Consulting Group. Outside of BUFC, Chloe is a brother of Phi Chi Theta national business fraternity. She enjoys learning new skills and concepts while constantly pushing herself beyond her comfort zone. In the future, she would like to explore strategy consulting, risk management, venture capital, and so on.
Atharva Mhatre — Co Vice President of Investment Research: Atharva Mhatre is a junior from Mumbai, India pursuing a dual degree in Economics and Business with a concentration in Finance. He has been a part of the Investment Research Program since his first semester at BU. Before becoming the VP of Investment Research, Atharva has been a Junior Analyst and Senior Analyst for the TMT and Energy & Material sector. This summer, he will be working as an analyst at a boutique investment bank called Endeavor Advisory Group. For the next summer, Atharva will be working as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Moelis & Company. Outside of BUFC, Atharva’s interests include watching Formula 1 racing, MCU movies, playing tennis, swimming, cricket, and hiking.
Sophia Cheng — Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion: Sophia is a Junior from Long Island, New York dual majoring in Economics and Business Administrations with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems. Before becoming the VP of Diversity and Inclusion, Sophia was previously a Senior Analyst in the club, covering the TMT sector. This summer, she is an Online Intensive Program Scholar for Girls Who Invest and a real estate intern for Project Destined. For the next summer, Sophia will be interning at Microsoft in their finance department. Outside of BUFC, she is the Vice President of Operations for Class of 2024 for Questrom Student Government. During her free time, she likes to go on an exploration to try new things and travel.
Richard Wong — Co Vice President of Investment Research: Richard Wong is a junior from Manhattan, New York City pursuing a major in business administration and a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting. He has been a part of the Investment Research Program starting his Sophomore year at BU. Prior to becoming the VP of Investment Research, Richard has served as a Junior Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Investment Associate for the Consumer, Biotech, TMT sectors. This summer, he will be working as an finance leadership development intern at Thermo Fisher Scientific. For the next summer, Richard will be working as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at HSBC. For hobbies and interests, Richard enjoys running, tennis, basketball, reading Japanese Manga, and mentorship.
